Reiswig Residence

This unique home literally sits on the shores of Lake Sammamish with breathtaking views from just about every room.  The challenging site had a buildable area no deeper than 22' at one end, and just over 15' at the other with 108' feet between.  An open floorplan on the Main Level provides a continous flow from Entry to the main floor living spaces.  A Home Office, Powder Room, Mud Room and a Three-Car Garage connected by a Covered Breezeway complete the Main Floor.  The Master Suite and a Guest Suite  on the Upper Level command uncompromised views of the lake.

Covered patio
This two-story, daylight basement home sits on a sloping site with views of Lake Washington and Seattle.  The Owners wanted an indoor/outdoor "ground floor living" plan which made for an interesting challenge.  A terraced covered patio provides year round outdoor living space and connects the main living spaces of the home to the pool.

The home sits right on the banks of a small year round stream.  There is a nice flow from inside to outside on the main floor with an open floor plan and expansive wrap around deck taking advantage of the nice balance of green pastures and trees.

Larson Remodel

Living, Dining & Kitchen
This West of Market residence was totally gutted and remodeled by the Owner.  Vaulted ceilings were added to the dining and living room spaces and walls removed on upper and lower levels to provide a more open floorplan.  A new wrap around deck, entry and total facelift gave this home new life.

Wyrick Remodel/Addition

Entry
We added a third story to this existing Magnolia rambler with daylight basement, capturing wonderful views toward Seattle in a new upper floor Master Suite.  Two additional bedrooms, a bathroom and laundry completed the new upper level.  An existing main floor entry, bedroom and bath were reworked to allow for a more gracious entry and new stair.

King Remodel/Addition

Picture
The Owners wanted to add a true second story to their existing 1930's bungalow style home.  A new Master Suite and deck with views of Lake Washington replaced the existing attic style room.  The main floor was remodeled to allow for a larger kitchen with eat-in dining and eating bar.  The existing main floor bathroom was reworked and a new mudroom, laundry room and covered rear porch added.  A detached two-car garage with office over was built at the rear of the property and attached to the house by a breezeway.
